Philippe Flamant, Director of Technology and Operations, surprised the group by previewing two new CareEvolve modules: E-Prescribing and Patient Results Portal.
A routine portion of every user group meeting is customer feedback. Feedback was both formal, with a survey, and informal through group and individual discussions. For CareEvolve this is a very important part. We want to know what we are doing right, what we could improve, and requests for new features that would help outreach businesses. CareEvolve uses this information to select new features in future software versions, improve our implementation and support processes and other things!
