CareEvolve support and upgrades are included in your license fees; there is never an extra charge!


The CareEvolve support center is staffed live Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays.

Customers may receive support in any of the following ways:

If you experience any CareEvolve issues, including technical and application support, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . A representative will respond to your email within 1 hour.


In your email, please include the following information:

  • Your CareEvolve URL site address (customer.careevolve.com)
  • Practice name and location code, if applicable
  • Username of the person experiencing the issue
  • Details about the issue
  • Screen shots displaying the issue, if possible
