Richard Faherty - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Faherty is the Chief Executive Officer of CareEvolve and the Chief Information Officer of BioReference.  Mr. Faherty graduated from University of Notre Dame in 1968 and Fordham Law School in 1975.  After practicing law for ten years, he became involved with information technology. In 1987, he began working with a cancer laboratory that was acquired by BioReference in 1995 and he has worked with BioReference in varying capacities since that time.

Cory P. Fishkin MT, ASCP - President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Fishkin joined CareEvolve as the President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2002. Prior to CareEvolve, his experience included positions with McKesson HBOC, Abaton.com and Reuters Health Information Services. Since starting his career as a medical technologist working in a commercial laboratory, he has spent the last twenty years working specifically in the area of healthcare computerization where he has been involved in both product and service development.  Mr. Fishkin holds B.S. degrees in both Biology and Medical Technology from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

 

Brian T. Jones - Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Brian Jones joined the CareEvolve team in 2001 and was promoted to Vice President in 2003.  Prior to joining CareEvolve, he held the positions of National e-Health Executive at ProxyMed and Enterprise Sales Director at 4medica Inc. He has been a pioneer in web portal connectivity and his background includes electronic medical records, prescribing, claims and laboratory products.   He holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Management from Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA and is a member of CLMA and AACC.

 

J.J.Jones - Director of Business Development

After a long and distinguished career as a U. S. Naval Aviator, Mr. J.J. Jones entered the business world as one of the founding executives of Soma.com, the first online pharmacy which was acquired and operates today as CVS.com.   After the acquisition, J.J. became the President and COO of a publically traded pharmacy benefit management company in New York and then developed and executed a successful e-prescribing solution for Medicaid providers in the state of Michigan.  Mr. Jones joined the team at CareEvolve in March 2006 as Director of Business Development.  He has a B.A. from Loyola University, Chicago, IL and an M.A. from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.

 

Philippe Flamant - Director of Technology and Operations

Mr. Flamant joined CareEvolve, in July 2004. Prior to CareEvolve his experience includes Project Manager and Marketing Information Manager for the Center for NYC Law’s website.  He has also been responsible for several e-commerce web sites including Bloomingsdale.com. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon, Pittsburgh, PA and is currently working on his masters in Information Systems at PACE University in New York City.

 

Elaine Parker MT (ASCP) - Director of Implementation and Training

Mrs. Parker joined CareEvolve as the Director of Implementation and Training in April 2004. She has been a laboratorian her entire career which includes positions at Lenox Hill Hospital, Hospital for Joint Diseases, and White Plains Hospital Center, where she was a Bacteriology Technologist, Microbiology Supervisor and the Coordinator of Outreach Services respectively. Mrs. Parker holds a B.S. in Medical Technology from the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware.

 

Linda Newman MT (ASCP) - Director of Marketing

Mrs. Newman joined CareEvolve in November 2010 as the Director of Marketing and Strategic Projects. Prior to becoming a full time employee, she performed various consulting projects for CareEvolve.  Linda’s prior experience includes senior management positions in both startups and Fortune 100 corporations specializing in market assessment, product development, launch and support of technology products and services in the healthcare marketplace.  She holds a B.S. in Medical Technology from Southwest Missouri State University, Springfield, MO.
